Telemedizin als sinnvolle Ergänzung
Die moderne Kommunikationstechnologie hat in den letzten Jahren auch in der Medizin neue Möglichkeiten eröffnet. Telemedizin – und insbesondere die Telekonsultation – ermöglicht eine qualifizierte ärztliche Beratung unabhängig vom jeweiligen Aufenthaltsort.
Neben persönlichen Terminen in meiner Ordination im 9. Bezirk biete ich daher auch Telekonsultationen via Zoom an. Dieses Format hat sich bewährt, um vorab – sowohl für mich als auch für Patientinnen und Patienten – einen fundierten ersten medizinischen Eindruck zu gewinnen. In vielen Fällen lassen sich dadurch unnötige Anfahrtswege vermeiden.
Über alesch.at können Sie bequem einen Termin anfragen und relevante Befunde vorab übermitteln. Zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt findet die Konsultation in einem geschützten Video-Gespräch statt – einfach von zu Hause aus, vergleichbar mit dem klassischen Hausbesuch in zeitgemäßer Form.
Bei Bedarf kann sich auch eine weitere Person zur Konsultation zuschalten, unabhängig von ihrem Aufenthaltsort. Dies ist insbesondere für Angehörige hilfreich und reduziert organisatorischen Aufwand und Zeitverluste.
Die Telekonsultation ersetzt den persönlichen Arztbesuch nicht, sondern stellt eine sinnvolle Ergänzung dar. Sie eignet sich besonders:
- zur Vorbereitung eines Präsenztermins
- für kurzfristige medizinische Rückfragen
- zur Besprechung von Befunden und Untersuchungsergebnissen
- für Verlaufskontrollen und Nachbesprechungen
Auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch kann eine Videoaufzeichnung ausgewählter Gesprächsabschnitte zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Telemedicine as a valuable complement
Modern communication technologies have opened new possibilities in medical care. Telemedicine – and in particular teleconsultation – allows for qualified medical advice independent of the patient’s location.
In addition to in-person appointments at my office in Vienna’s 9th district, I offer teleconsultations via Zoom. This format has proven effective in obtaining a well-founded initial medical assessment in advance, both for patients and for myself. In many cases, unnecessary travel can be avoided.
Appointments can be requested conveniently via alesch.at, where relevant medical documents may also be uploaded in advance. At the scheduled time, the consultation takes place in a secure video conference – easily from home, comparable to a traditional house call in a modern setting.
If desired, an additional person (e.g. a relative or caregiver) may join the consultation, regardless of their location. This often helps reduce logistical effort and time constraints for families.
Teleconsultation does not replace an in-person medical visit but serves as a valuable complement. It is particularly suitable for:
- preparation of an on-site appointment
- short-notice medical questions
- discussion of diagnostic results
- follow-up and monitoring consultations
Upon explicit request, a video recording of relevant parts of the consultation can be made available.
So funktioniert die Telekonsultation:

2. Terminbestätigung
Sie erhalten die Terminbestätigung telefonisch oder per E-Mail oder WhatsApp mit Zugangsdaten.
3. Befunde hochladen (bei Bedarf)
Zusammen mit der Terminbestätigung erhalten Sie einen Link zum sicheren Upload Ihrer Unterlagen (Befunde, Bildgebung).
Bitte beachten Sie:
- nur relevante Befunde hochladen
- möglichst als eine zusammenhängende PDF-Datei (keine Fotos)
- größere Datenmengen bitte als ZIP-Datei komprimieren
How the Teleconsultation Works
1. Request an Appointment
Appointments are scheduled flexibly. Requests may be submitted:
- by email to ordination@alesch.at
- via the online appointment calendar
- or by WhatsApp at +43 664 2096600 (text messages only)
2. Appointment Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your appointment by phone, email, or WhatsApp, including the access details for the teleconsultation.
3. Upload Medical Documents (if required)
Together with the appointment confirmation, you will receive a link for the secure upload of your medical documents (reports, imaging).
Please note:
- upload only relevant documents
- preferably as one single PDF file (no photos)
- large data volumes should be compressed as a ZIP file
Ablauf der Telekonsultation
Zum vereinbarten Termin erfolgt der Kontakt via Zoom.

- Smartphone (iOS / Android)
- direkt im Browser (empfohlen: Google Chrome)
In der Videosprechstunde können wir:
- Befunde gemeinsam ansehen und besprechen
- Rezepte und Verordnungen ausstellen
- gegebenenfalls stationäre Aufnahmen organisieren
Die Beratung erfolgt vertraulich, vergleichbar mit einem persönlichen Besuch in der Ordination.
Tipps für eine erfolgreiche Telekonsultation
- Sorgen Sie für eine ruhige, ungestörte Umgebung
- Planen Sie 15–30 Minuten ein
- Auf Wunsch kann das Gespräch teilweise aufgezeichnet und Ihnen im Anschluss zur Verfügung gestellt werden
Teleconsultation Procedure
At the scheduled time, the consultation takes place via Zoom.
Zoom is supported on:
- PC / Mac
- smartphones (iOS / Android)
- directly in the web browser (recommended: Google Chrome)
During the video consultation, we can:
- review and discuss medical findings together
- issue prescriptions and medical orders
- arrange hospital admission if necessary
The consultation is conducted confidentially, comparable to an in-person visit at the medical office.
Tips for a Successful Teleconsultation
- Ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment
- Allow 15–30 minutes for the consultation
- Upon request, parts of the consultation may be recorded and made available to you afterwards
Honorare für Telekonsultation
- Erstkonsultation: kostenlos
- Diagnosegespräch (nach Sichtung der Befunde): 120 €
- Folgekonsultationen: 100–120 € (je nach Zeitaufwand)
Bezahlung: per Rechnung und Überweisung oder PayPal möglich
Fees for Teleconsultation
- Initial consultation: free of charge
- Diagnostic consultation after review of medical documents: €120
- Follow-up consultations: €100–120 depending on time required
